Zenses Health and Wellness is proud to announce the launch of our new telehealth program for diabetic long haul truckers. Our program offers convenient access to a healthcare professional and diabetic educator and wellness coach, regardless of location.
As a certified diabetic educator, I offer non-traditional weight loss management solutions that include dietary coaching, menu planning, and the use of supplements as well as the use of traditional medications. My approach is to provide personalized care that is tailored to each individual's unique needs. I also utilize videos to help educate and motivate my clients throughout their weight loss journey. Initial and monthly follow up assessments, Lab orders and Interpretation/Education, Diet and Nutrition education, Exercise Instruction, medication prescriptions, Lifestyle Coaching, Blood Sugar Monitoring, Enrollment in the Diabetes Support Group, Provider availability via text messages
Diabetes Management and Weight Loss:

No, Zenses accepts various forms of payment to include Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal.
We are working on accepting HSA card payments and Care Credit Payments.
However, you can request a superbill should you wish to send it to your commercial insurance company for consideration.

We currently offer the program to professional drivers who reside in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa and Texas.
